Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gocustompatches.com and purchases of custom patches and related products from Go Custom Patches LLC (“Go Custom Patches”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Custom Orders

• Products are made according to the artwork, size, quantity, backing and other specifications confirmed for the order.
• Colours shown on screens may vary slightly from the final physical product because of display settings, printing/production processes and material differences.
• Minor production variations in colour, thread placement, border shape, dimensions or finish may occur within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• For personalised or bespoke products, production begins only after the required artwork/specification has been approved or otherwise confirmed according to the order process.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring names, wording, measurements, spelling, logos and other supplied information are correct before approval.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions or licences to use artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks and other content supplied to us. You grant go custom Patches a limited licence to use supplied artwork solely to produce, fulfil, quality-check and deliver your order.

You must not submit artwork that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights, is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or otherwise prohibited. We may decline an order where we reasonably believe the requested production would create legal or safety concerns.

4. Quotes, Prices & Payment

• Quotes are based on the specifications stated in the quotation and may change if the specification, quantity, size, backing, artwork or delivery requirement changes before acceptance.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude any taxes, duties or charges that are legally payable in the destination country.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or receive the required payment or deposit.
• Prices may be corrected where a clear pricing or typographical error has occurred before an order is accepted.
• Any discount, promotional price or bespoke quotation applies only to the stated order unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

5. Proofs & Approval

Where a proof is supplied, the customer must review it carefully before approving production. Approval confirms the customer accepts the displayed spelling, artwork, size, colours, placement and other visible specifications. We are not responsible for customer-approved errors that are reproduced accurately.

6. Production Times

Estimated production times are shown on the relevant product, quotation or checkout page. Production estimates begin after all required information, artwork and approvals have been received. Rush production, where offered, is subject to product eligibility and production capacity. Delivery transit time is separate from production time unless a quotation expressly states otherwise.

7. Delivery

• We ship to the address supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery date is expressly agreed in writing.
• Once an order is handed to the carrier, carrier delays, customs processing and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
• International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and compliance requirements unless the quotation expressly states that these are included.
• If an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address or failed to collect it, additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Changes & Cancellation

Because custom patches are made to the customer’s specifications, cancellation and change rights can differ from those for standard goods. We will consider change or cancellation requests received before production starts. Once personalised or bespoke production has started, changes may be impossible or may require additional charges for work or materials already incurred. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

9. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

Custom-made or personalised goods may be exempt from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right where the applicable law provides such an exemption. This does not remove rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable statutory requirements.

If you believe an order is defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and, where required by law or agreed under our warranty/returns process, arrange an appropriate remedy such as replacement, repair or refund.

10. Website Use

• Do not misuse, attack, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
• We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, industrial disputes, government action, infrastructure failure or other comparable events.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
