Heat Press Instructions

Follow these simple step-by-step instructions to securely apply your custom patches using a heat press for long-lasting durability.

Step-By-Step Pressing Instructions

1. Position Your Patch

Secure your patch to the garment using heat-resistant thermal tape. This keeps it perfectly aligned while placing it on the heat press.

2. Load Garment Face Down

Flip the garment over so the patch faces the lower platen. This allows the adhesive backing to melt properly without damaging the front of the patch.

3. Heat Press

Place a protective guard sheet over the garment and press for 20 seconds at 350°F using medium-firm pressure (70–80 PSI).

4. Allow to Cool

Remove the garment from the press and let it cool for at least 30 seconds before removing the thermal tape. This ensures a strong bond.

For Thick Fabrics

If your patch doesn't fully adhere to hoodies, jackets, or other thicker garments, turn the garment inside out so the adhesive side faces upward. Cover it with a protective guard sheet and press again for 20 seconds at 350°F using medium-firm pressure.

Applying Patches on Beanies

When pressing patches onto beanies, keep the same recommended settings of 350°F for 20 seconds. Use thermal tape to hold the patch firmly in place before pressing.

Washing Instructions

Our custom patches are designed to withstand up to 50 home washes. For the best results and maximum longevity, machine wash garments using cold water and avoid excessive heat during drying.
