Iron-On Patch Instructions

Easily apply your custom patches at home using a standard household iron. Follow these simple steps for a secure, long-lasting application.

Step-By-Step Pressing Instructions

1. Prepare Your Garment

Lay your garment flat on an ironing board and remove any wrinkles from the application area. Iron the surface first to ensure it is smooth before positioning your patch.

2. Position the Patch

Place your patch in the desired location and secure it with heat-resistant thermal tape. This keeps the patch firmly in place while ironing.

3. Iron the Patch

Flip the garment over so the patch is facing down against the ironing board. Using your iron at maximum temperature, press firmly over the back of the garment for 20–25 seconds.

4. Allow It to Cool

Turn the garment back over and let it cool for at least 30 seconds before removing the thermal tape. Cooling allows the adhesive to harden and securely bond the patch to the fabric.

For Thick Fabrics

If you're applying patches to hoodies, jackets, or other thick fabrics, turn the garment inside out after securing the patch. Place a protective guard sheet over the application area and iron for 40 seconds at maximum temperature using firm pressure for the best adhesion.

Washing Instructions

Iron-on patches are built to withstand up to 25 home washes. For maximum durability, machine wash garments in cold water and avoid excessive heat when drying.
